How To Stop Hair Fall

Now-a-days hair fall is being noticed in many men and women and also in different parts of the world. Many of them took hair fall as a serious problem as hair fall matters their looks. Hair fall or hair loss can be caused due to many reasons. Some of these reasons are lack of vitamins, minerals or iron in the body. There are also many more reasons such as age, pollution, lack of sleep, tension etc. Renowned doctors after their researches had said that a normal men or women can loss up to 100 hairs a day and it is quite normal. But if hair fall is not normal then the thing which runs in our mind is how to stop Hair Fall? Generally our hair falls when they are damaged. So if we can resist this damage to our hairs then we can also stop hair fall. In the below there are some routines cares given which can prevent our hair fall and can be done easily in our homes.

How To Stop Hair Fall
  • Dandruff, itching and hair lice are one of the vital causes for hair fall. In order to protect the hairs from dandruff, itching and hair lice we must keep our hairs clean all the time.
  • Check your hair type that is it may be oily, dry, wet etc and use shampoo as well as conditioner according to your hair type. For example, for dry hair use a conditioner which is made specially for dry hairs.
  • Apply coconut oil, almond oil etc to your hair twice in a week and also massage your hair with them a little bit.
  • Camphor cubes helps in reducing the dandruff. So one can use it along with the oil for massaging the scalp and the hair.
  • If the dandruff is present in your scalp then rub a lime piece in your scalp and keep it for 10-15 minutes and after that apply shampoo to the hair.
  • After a bath never apply comb to the wet hairs as at that time the root of the hairs are too week so they can't withstand the resistance of the comb and are easily up rooted.
  • Don't use excess hair driers to your hairs.
  • Mixture of Amla, Shikakai and dry neem leaves are also very good for the hairs. They are purely natural products and you can apply them for a while to your hairs before washing them off without hesitating for any side effects.
  • Also a mixture of whipped eggs, curd and henna powder prevents hair fall.
  • Drinking coconut water also prevents hair fall.
  • Nuts also increase the strength of the hair. So eat at least 2 nuts every day in order to strengthen the hair.
  • Don't go into the direct rays of the suns and also try to protect the hairs from dust and rain.
  • Most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is excessive stress. Practising Meditation can help in reducing that stress and restore hormonal balance and by that way meditation is also another way which can cure your hair fall a little bit.
  • If the hair fall is due to the lack of vitamins, minerals or iron in the body then eat healthy diet including green vegetables, dairy products and fruits.
