Your first step begins with purchasing a hair dying kit. You have to be cautious enough to choose a color that actually suits you and not buying the one which is most popular. Select a color close to your original hair color in order to be safe. Make sure that you never attempt to lighten your natural color by more than a tone at a time. Hair dying kits are easily available at any cosmetic store, supermarket or drugstore and you can select brand of your choice and budget.

Interestingly the second step is to find a suitable place in your house to do the job. Now some people may mock at this step but cannot be ignored as for most people they don’t have an ideal place to dye their hairs so that the work is carried out smoothly without much trouble. This should be a easy to clean place preferably with tiles on the floor so that it can be easily cleaned afterwards. Importantly gather all the materials needed in your working area for hair dying before you start only as later it will be a messy business to try and do it. It is advisable that you wear old clothes as there are higher possibilities of getting it spoilt. It is almost mandatory that you test a bit of product on your skin at least 24 hours before you start coloring. You need to Wash your hair the next day in a normal way and condition it with your regular conditioner and leave the conditioner in for about five minutes. If you less time then also allow the conditioner for at least three minutes every time you shampoo for the next week. This ensures that your hair will be soft and shiny as ever.
